These terms cover use of sitestudios.co.za and the services Site Studios provides. By using the site or asking us for work, you agree to them.

Our services

We design and build websites, and offer SEO, branding and web or mobile apps, for businesses in Vanderbijlpark, the Vaal and across South Africa.

Quotes and prices

"Projects from R1 500" is a starting price, not a fixed price. Each project is agreed in a written quote that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule. The quote applies once you accept it.

What we need from you

To finish on time we need your content, images, logos and feedback when we ask for them. Delays on your side can move the delivery date. You must have the right to use anything you give us, including text, images and logos.

Ownership

Who owns the finished work, and how hosting and domain names are handled, is set out in your quote. Until a project is paid for as agreed, we keep the rights to the work. Example templates and demos on this site remain ours.

Liability

We take care with our work and we fix errors in what we deliver. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability on a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
